Many of us grew up reading the bible and going to church. We built entire societies, cultures, value systems and identities around what we were taught.
But it begs the question…
WHAT EFFECTS DID THOSE STORIES HAVE ON THE WOMEN IN OUR LIVES, IN OUR FAMILIES, AND ON US?

The Great Deception is an hour long storytelling show* about a girl who grew up in Bible Belt America coming to terms with what it means to be a 'Good Christian Woman'.
